Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Money paid is non-refundable except in cases of service non-delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain FistaNex Software's property until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights transfer to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

FistaNex Software is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from service use.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
